Afterburner Inc. Fighter Pilot Speaker Delivers "A Fighter Pilot's Secret to Success" Keynote Presentation at 2011 Kraft Foods Conference

Keynote Speaker Addressed Global Snacks Company at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino Conference

Atlanta, GA - August 2, 2011 - Afterburner, Inc., a global management training company based in Atlanta, Ga., and the authority on the Flawless Execution℠ model, featured fighter pilot James "Murph" Murphy in a keynote presentation at the 2011 Kraft Foods Sales and Customer Logistics Conference on May 5, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. The conference lasted several days and featured the fighter pilot speaker's team building address entitled, "Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief, Equals Win: A Fighter Pilot's Secret to Success."

"Murph," the CEO and founder of Afterburner, delivered the keynote presentation that focused on the components of the Flawless Execution℠ model. "Murph" was a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and the Georgia Air National Guard, and has flown missions to Asia, Central America, Central Europe and the Middle East.

Around 1,300 Kraft Foods leaders and executives attended the presentation to learn how to utilize the continuous improvement process of Plan, Brief, Execute and Debrief to effectively accelerate performance in a consumer goods organization. During the keynote presentation, "Murph," accompanied by wingman and fellow fighter pilot speaker Charles "Chaz" Campbell, demonstrated how the Krafts Foods team can successfully incorporate the zero-tolerance-for-error tools required to strategically and tactically succeed in today's fast-paced and high-risk business environment.

"Afterburner continues to find success in supporting consumer goods organizations' logistics and sales divisions," said James "Murph" Murphy. "We were particularly excited to partner with Kraft Foods to reinforce the processes of the Flawless Execution℠ model with a management team that has extensive food industry experience and managerial depth. Flawless Execution℠ is all about the ideals of strategic planning and leadership to improve day-to-day operations and organizational communication."
