Atlantica Hotels International Executives and Employees Attend Flawless Execution℠ "Leaning Forward" Team Building Workshop on Feb. 7, 2012

Over 330 Atlantica Hotels International executives and employees attended the Leaning Forward corporate team building event that was featured in "Zero Hora," a Porto Alegre news publication. The Leaning Forward workshop was led by Jim "Murph" Murphy, Afterburner, Inc. founder and CEO. "Murph" was accompanied by experienced fighter pilot consultant wingmen "Hitman," "Mojo" and "Hacksaw." At the interactive corporate team building event, "Murph" and his team utilized experiential learning and informative lectures to teach Atlantica Hotels International executives and employees how fighter pilots strive to achieve Flawless Execution℠ in every single mission.

The Leaning Forward corporate team building event emphasizes the Planning and Debriefing aspects of Afterburner, Inc.'s Flawless Execution℠ "Plan, Brief, Execute and Debrief" model. Clients attend a high-energy motivational team building program explaining the Six Steps to Combat Mission Planning that attendees later use in mission planning exercises. "Murph" and the Afterburner, Inc. team used innovative experiential learning techniques to teach Atlantica Hotels International attendees how to improve communication, group dynamics, task management, threat assessment and leadership development programs.

In addition to delivering the corporate team building workshop, Afterburner, Inc. gained two experienced Brazilian fighter pilots as additions to its fighter pilot consultation team.
