Fighter Pilot Consultants Deliver Keynote and Planning Workshop to Carstar Franchise Owners

Over 400 franchisees and management attended the San Antonio, Texas team building event

Atlanta, September 23, 2012—the leading corporate training firm, Afterburner, Inc., hosted a successful symposium and corresponding workshop for Carstar auto collision repair company. Attendees learned the components of the Flawless Execution© model during the multi-media keynote, and immediately applied the approach to specific scenarios during the planning workshop. Both aspects of the event illustrated the necessary steps to facilitate a company-wide alignment of strategic and tactical processes.

Carstar was founded in 1989, and has more than 250 independently owned and operated shops in the U.S. The auto body repair organization has serviced 2,000,000 vehicles to date, and boasts the highest Customer Satisfaction Index in the industry. The company offers a wide range of services, including collision repair, auto paint, and detailing all under a full lifetime workmanship warranty.

The multi-media keynote and coinciding planning workshop were facilitated by Afterburner’s CEO & Founder Jim “Murph” Murphy, and experienced fighter pilots, Patrick “Lips” Houlahan and John “Hitman” Hilterman. The team delivered the invigorating seminar on the firm’s Flawless Execution© model, an innovative approach that combines combat safety training with business planning and execution.
