Afterburner Fighter Pilots Host Leading Flawless Execution from the Top© for 170 Anadarko Leaders

The symposium was followed by a multi-media Flawless Execution© keynote for 550 of the oil and natural gas company’s employees in Woodlands, TX

Atlanta, October 3, 2012—Highly skilled fighter pilots from the leading global management and training firm, Afterburner, Inc., led two separate groups of Anadarko staff through the firm’s revolutionary Flawless Execution© management model. In the first group, 100 Anadarko leaders attended the keynote in Woodlands, TX, while 70 off-location leaders watched a stream of the presentation in Denver, CO. The afternoon session consisted of 400 attendees with 150 Anadarko employees watching the streamed event. Both sessions highlighted Flawless Execution’s© strategic process and results-oriented approach.

Anadarko is an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. The corporation is known for its unconventional resources, attributed to enhanced and specialized production methods and technology, and boasts an 80% success rate in global off-shore exploration. Two-time consecutive recipient of the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplace Award, Anadarko is committed to its staff and their professional development. The keynotes equipped Anadarko’s staff with the skills to maintain and even increase production in high pressure, hazardous conditions.

The two presentations were delivered by Afterburner, Inc. founder and CEO, Jim “Murph” Murphy. A former F-15 fighter pilot and Chief of Training for the Georgia Air National Guard, “Murph” married his military and business skills, resulting in an innovative model that has been taught to over one million executives and employees of some of the country’s most prominent corporations. He was assisted in the event by fellow fighter pilot and sister, Cheryl “Meff” Murphy and former Commanding Officer for the USS ENTERPRISE, Ron “Beav” Horton.

The morning session, Leading Flawless Execution from the Top©, was designed for corporate leaders to increase productivity and efficiency among all levels of staff by integrating tactical and strategic alignment company-wide. The afternoon session, the Flawless Execution© keynote, was held for over 500 of Anadarko’s general staff wherein attendees learned the model’s continuous improvement process of Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief to improve the results of daily activities and projects for an overall improved process throughout the corporation.
