It is now one week after the Flawless Execution Afterburner Seminar, and the people in attendance are still talking about the training, Our 2004 National Sales Meeting was a huge success thanks to your professionalism and belief in the principles of Flawless Execution. Based on the feedback I have received from the participants, you have Inade a lasting impression on an of us.

The coments from sales, development and management, all echoed the same message, "that this training was the best training we have ever had." While the principles of Flawless Execution are Simple, retrofitting them into our daily lives is a little more difficult. However, we all feel that the foundation you provided wiII enable us to move to the next level and growv as individuals and as an organization, We had always thought that our organization planned and executed well, but after participating in the Flawless Execution training, we realized that we can improve the ways we handle and manage our tasks to ensure a more "flawless execution."We have come to realize that our biggest weakness is the lack of debriefing, and that if we exercise this principle we can improve our future missions.
