As you will be aware, I have been working with Afterburner Healthcare since December 2003. To date the team has delivered the main Afterburner Healthcare Event, Planning Workshop plus the Brief to Win Event. We are planning to hold the final Debrief Workshop in June 2004.

Feedback on these events has been outstanding, not least because the Team, and particularly Rick White, has researched the NHS environment and the local issues in Norfolk, UK extensively beforehand. The NHS has its own peculiar culture and to succeed in this environment is no mean feat.

The impact of Afterburner Healthcare on Norfolk will take time to audit, but the events and the built-in coaching appear to be making a significant difference to my team’s confidence and ability to plan effectively and deliver. This has been helped significantly by two other team development workshops designed by Rick White to meet our bespoke needs, which again have been very successful.

I would be happy to consider Afterburner Healthcare again in the future and would like to thank your organisation, the Afterburner Healthcare Team, and especially Rick White who has been outstanding in his approach and support.
