Thank you for organizing and presenting the Afterburner Day Team Building Event at our Albertson's American Stores Integration Training and Planning Workshop in September. I appreciate you pulling together your crew and all the details in a short period of time to accommodate our needs. Also, with our coordinators you were very responsive and great to work with. Your program was inspiring and motivating and the breakout groups helped focus us on our target.

The flight plan you created for the first 45 days of our process was extremely helpful in presenting and defining our goals for the five project stages - take-off, climb, cruise, descent and land. This plan makes our missions associated with this pending merger clear-cut and easier to envision and accomplish. Because you related the flight plan to the workshop presentation, it was an excellent follow up and reinforced our workshop experience at the beginning of the 45 day period.
